This form is the first step to enrolling your new student online. Complete it to request an account that you will use to log in to a secure system.
Complete required fields to request an account to enroll a new applicant(s). If you are an existing AIS-R parent please go to THIS PAGE and log in with your existing Skyward credentials to complete the application. You can also access New Student Enrollment in Family Access.
